i tend to have phases when i do my art, i have done a few pieces with catwoman in them. this one was different for me because doing penguin was a challenge, i am not use to drawing heavy set men and penguin was a grotesque character in the batman film. Catwoman was easy because well beautiful women usually easy to draw.

One of my Favorite comic book characters, catwoman's back story is great and my favorite film version of catwoman was done by Michelle Pfeiffer in Tim Burtons Batman Returns in 1992. i did this piece because i wanted it to look like a lioness looking over here pride.

This is another from the series i am working on, i was finally able to get to Maymont Park to take some pictures and i got a great shot of the italian gardens to use to turn into a digital ink drawing using photoshop.

This is part of a series that I'm currently working on. I have been taking photographs of the richmond area and using photoshop to turn them into "inked" Drawings. This piece is Bottoms Up Pizza in the bottom.

Marilyn Monroe has been a big inspiration for many artists including myself. Her life and the tragic end to her life is fascinating and sad. I did this piece because it doesn't show her made up, we see more of the real person behind the make up and hair.
